Sprint Report Evaluation

The sprint report is evaluated as follows (out of 100 total points):

  • (5 points) Document heading is present, and contains all required elements.
  • (20 points) Document contains a list of actions to stop doing, or an explanation of why the team is satisfied with their current process. Each item has a description and a brief rationale.
  • (20 points) Document contains a list of actions to start doing. Each item contains a brief description and rationale.
  • (20 points) Document contains a list of actions that are working well. Each item contains a brief description and rationale.
  • (15 points) Document contains a list of user stories completed during this sprint, and a list of user stories that were not completed (but part of the original sprint plan).
  • (20 points) Document contains required elements, computed correctly. These are total story points and ideal work hours completed. Total days in sprint. Story points/day and ideal work hours per day are present, for both previous sprint and as averages across all sprints to date. Is a photo or a scan of the final sprint burndown chart present, and is it readable?
